Feedback is one of the most important ways of helping students to learn, but it is also time-consuming. Particularly this year, when workloads have been increased by shifting teaching online, and the greater use of coursework, it is important to think about ways of making feedback more efficient. Are there ways of speeding up the process of providing feedback, to minimise the work without sacrificing usefulness? And how can we make sure that feedback has an impact, and that the time we spend commenting on students’ work is time well spent?
In this webinar, Dr Alex Buckley of the LTA will talk about a few different ways of making feedback more efficient, and facilitate a discussion of how to implement those ideas in practice.
