HWU Programme Directors Forum Launch
This event will launch a new network to support colleagues who are leading programmes across the University. The Programme Directors Forum will open space to share experience, offer peer support and explore what development opportunities would be helpful for colleagues in these educational leadership roles.
Sharing Scholarship
These sessions provide an opportunity for staff to hear about recent teaching and learning projects and to consider how the learning from these can be used to improve their own practice.
HWU Programme Directors’ Forum
This new network offers practical support for Programme Directors by helping make connections across the university and developing colleagues’ confidence in this key educational leadership position.
New to Teaching Network
The Heriot-Watt New to Teaching Network is a community of practice facilitated by the Learning and Teaching Academy. It is designed to provide support for all those within their first three years of teaching and supporting learners at Heriot-Watt. It will meet monthly to explore and share practice and to support members as they work through the early stages of their teaching careers.
